CBC Hiking Group
It’s that time again: another CBC group hike! On Saturday, 5/9 we will be going to hike at the Hemlock Overlook Regional Park. And like last month, we’ll be doing lunch afterwards, this time at the Villanueva’s house. Here are the particulars:
A side or dessert for lunch
Who – Anyone! Please let us know you’re coming here so we don’t miss anyone.
When – This Saturday, 5/9 @ 8 AM at the CBC for carpooling and 8:30 AM to meet us at the park.
Where – Hemlock Overlook Regional Park, 13249 Yates Ford Rd, Clifton, VA 20124
How Much – Nothing! Parking and entry are free.
What – The park has a variety of trails with views of Bull Run as well as ruins. We’ll play it by ear if we split up when we get there based on the difficulty level people are interested in.
Lunch – The Villanueva’s house is near the park so everyone is invited for lunch there after the hike. Pulled pork/chicken and drinks will be provided. If you want to bring a side or dessert, you’re welcome to, but not a requirement.
